To find a precise and natural expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with all that is simple and joyful about this grape variety, while at the same time preserving the links with its origins, those fine terroirs found in the most continental parts of southern Touraine ... Such was the thinking behind the development of 'Petit le Mont", the cultural experience at table simple and friendly ... Fine yellow gold colour. The rich yet fresh nose is very expressive, with notes of citrus fruits and hints also of more exotic fruit. The mouthfeel is rich-textured and full, exceptional in this type of wine. Bags of personality the wine has character enough to accompany grilled fish or cold cuts and to awaken and stimulate the taste buds.
