Le Figaro by Bernard Burtschy 16,5/20: "The dress is dark and intense. Intense nose with lovely spices and blackberry notes. On the palate, the attack is generous/dense and velvety/mellow, the mid-palate is elegant with fine tannins, long-lasting finish enhanced by spices and coffee notes".

Gilbert & Gaillard 95/100 (april 2011): "Intense crimson. Focused nose of ripe red fruits with slightly spicy, menthol-like oak. Well-structured palate supported by a dash of exuberance. Fresh red fruit aromatics. Robust, focused and nicely crafted. Huge potential".

Falstaff Magazin 90/100 (marts 2013): "Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung, rauchig-würzig unterlegtes dunkles Beerenkonfit, reife Zwetschken, ein Hauch von Rosinen im Hintergrund. Saftig, kirschig, frisch strukturiert, gut eingebaute Tannine, zart nach Nougat, auch im Abgang eine feine Dörrobstkomponente, zart vegetal im Finale, zeigt Spuren einer gewissen Überreife, vielleicht einen Tick zu spät geerntet".
