The Danish pianist Thomas Clausen and the Finnish vibraphonist Severi Pyysalo are undoubtedly two of the most talented jazz musicians in Europe today. Both are in high demand as solo artists, but when they came together in 1997 to produce Turn Out The Stars , the magic really began to flow. The incredible understanding and togetherness that these two performers share resulted in an exquisite sound. The CD they produced is in a class of its own, and a true pleasure to listen to. Unquestionably, this is the best 'inter-generational' Piano/Vibes duo the world can offer, that must be experienced to be believed!
