Enestående fin spumante med en delikat, frugtagtig smag af hindbær, akaciehonning og abrikos og en dejlig gæragtig note. Lys, rig strågul farve, vedvarende, fin perlage. Moden, med en vidunderlig integreret træbase, meget fyldig, lang og intens smag. "Rich, bright golden yellow colour. Fragrant, warm bouquet of fresh bread, dried peach and apricots, followed by a slightly nutty flavour and delicate hints of Mediterranean herbs.
