Velleman Slow on/Slow off Dimmer

This dimmer could be called a "soft switch" : the lamp does not go on or off instantly, but slowly. Dimming times are adjustable within a wide range, while the number of possible applications is increased by the following two modes of operation : a) Dimming slowly. Dimming on and off times adjustable independently (2 seconds up to 1 hour). b) Timer / dimmer. Timer and dimming speed adjustable independently (1 sec. up to 30 min.). Can be used as a staircase light control.
