HIGH SENSITIVITY OPTICAL SLAVE CONVERTER

The High Sensitivity Optical Slave Converter excels in settings with high ambient light or considerable distances between your remote strobe and the primary flash. It is particularly good when shooting a DSLR or mirrorless camera at higher frame rates (4 FPS or faster) with Nauticam fiber optic converter. It functions as a non-learning sensor, necessitating the camera to operate in manual flash mode. Compatibility is not established with a preflash, and the Optical Slave Converter is designed to align with the manual exposure modes configured on the connected DS strobe. Please note that TTL exposure mode is not compatible. If your primary objective involves triggering a strobe optically with a compact digital camera's flash, we recommend considering alternatives such as the Fiber Optic Converter # 4401.1 or the RC1 Olympus & Panasonic TTL Receiver # 4412.
