Motip 1K Epoxy Primer - Grey - 500ml - Flat Mat MOTIP 1K Epoxy Primer is a high-quality universal primer for the pre-treatment of steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminium and anodised aluminium. Extremely suitable as a primer for pre-treatment before applying water-based and solvent-based base coats and 1K and 2K top coats. Usage instructions Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly. 1. The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface. 2. Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 minutes and spray a sample. Best processing temperature 10 to 25°C. 3. Apply the epoxy primer in several thin layers, respecting a distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimetres to the surface to be treated. 4. Before applying the next layer, it is important to shake the aerosol again. 5. After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds). 6. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
